Service Assurance Lead – Hybrid IT Ops & Compliance

Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a Service Assurance Manager to lead the Service Assurance team and govern IT service management across heritage systems, cloud services and integrated third party platforms from our Bristol head office.

You will drive major incident leadership, ensure risk and audit engagement, and partner with Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering and Security to align controls and assurance activities while continuously improving stability and transparency across the estate.
