Service Billing & Costing Specialist

J.L. Refrigeration Inc. in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a Service Billing Administrator to support our Service Department.

The role focuses on accurate and timely administration and billing of service work orders from completion through final processing. The successful candidate will review, calculate, tally and prepare work orders for billing, verify labor hours and pricing, and process invoices through various customer portals while assisting with job costing and reporting.
