Service Catalogue Lead – ITIL/ITSM, Hybrid

SSE plc is seeking an experienced IT Catalogue Manager to drive governance and continual improvement of the Service Catalogue in a hybrid SIAM setup. You will ensure a clear view of IT services, how they are requested, consumed, supported and managed, and align with CSDM.

Based in Reading, Havant or Glasgow with 50% in these locations, the role offers a permanent full-time position and a salary of £51,600 to £77,400 plus a performance bonus and benefits.
