Service Charge & Data Performance Analyst

Croydon - Mosaic East, Farringdon - Fleet House, Kent - Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne About The Role Reporting to the Service Charge Data & Performance Manager, youll play an important role in managing, validating and analysing service charge data across Southern Housing. Youll help ensure our service charge information is accurate, auditable and compliant, supporting fair and transparent charges for residents. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Asset Management, Building Safety, Development and Technology, youll support performance reporting, assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our service charge control environment. What youll be doing Validating and maintaining service charge data across multiple systems and datasets. Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and quality issues. Producing reports, dashboards and performance information. Analysing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Supporting service charge assurance, audit and compliance activities. Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting and year-end processes. Contributing to service improvement and system enhancement projects. Supporting the delivery of clear and transparent service charge information for residents. What youll bring Strong analytical and numerical skills. Experience working with large volumes of data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. The ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly. Great communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders. Experience within social housing, service charges, audit, data assurance or performance reporting would be beneficial but is not essential.
