Service Delivery Analyst

Supporting revenue cycle operations and analytics, the full-time remote Service Delivery Analyst will build and maintain reporting solutions, utilize SQL for data analysis, and translate operational insights into actionable reports for stakeholders. Key responsibilities Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data for trend identification Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports for both technical and non-technical audiences Required qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field Working knowledge of professional/physician billing revenue cycle operations Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data Strong SQL skills, including data validation and transformations Experience with relational databases and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI
