Service Delivery Analyst — Margin Services Operations

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst within the Margin Services Operations - Operational Service Delivery (OSD) team to help proactively enhance the client experience for a diverse Buy-side Derivatives client base.

As part of the OSD team you will manage incoming and outgoing client queries, monitor and maintain operational service levels, perform data-driven insights, and collaborate with Relationship Management and Client Service to deliver reviews,
