Overview
Inizio seeks an Oracle Service Delivery Manager to govern and stabilize the Oracle Fusion platform within a global MSP framework. You’ll oversee service performance, governance, and operational delivery for enterprise ERP and related applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business expectations. This is a governance-focused role, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve service quality and user experience. The position offers flexible work arrangements and a chance to influence enterprise-scale finance systems globally.

- Oversee operational governance of enterprise ERP services via MSP, maintaining stability and performance
- Lead vendor and service management, reviewing performance and driving improvement plans
- Coordinate major incidents and change management for timely service restoration and smooth transitions
- Support commercial governance, license usage monitoring, risk identification, and service reporting
- Manage stakeholder communications to senior leaders across Finance, IT, and Business teams
- Experience governing enterprise application services through a Global MSP
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation or equivalent
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday or similar
- Vendor management skills with service performance monitoring
