You will learn and apply service design methods at project level, developing skills in research, facilitation, and artefact creation under guidance from senior designers. - Support qualitative research activities (interviews, observation, note-taking).
- Synthesize research findings into themes, insights, and opportunities.
- Assist in creating service design artefacts (personas, journey maps, service blueprints).
- Support co-design workshop design and facilitation under supervision.
- Develop clear visual artefacts through thoughtful communication.
- Support delivery of a service design workstream within projects.
- Collaborate with product, content, and technology team members.
- Manage own tasks and time within project timelines.
- 1–3 years in service design, UX research, or related field.
- Exposure to qualitative research methods and user interviews.
- Awareness of journey maps and personas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Social Science, or related field.
- Genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and systems; openness to learn.
