Service Designer (UX) — Hybrid, Shape Urban Mobility

Beryl is hiring a Service Designer (UX) to enhance the end-to-end rider journey, from unlocking bikes to council data reviews and fleet operations. You will lead service design across the business while hands-on with the rider app and internal tools.

You’ll talk with riders on the street, partner with product and engineering teams, and ensure fixes work across digital and physical touchpoints. Strong UX and research are essential for this role in London.
