Service Desk Analyst: IT Support Specialist

Cardinal Newman College is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across the college and Lancaster University School of Mathematics. You will own incidents from triage to resolution, with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivering reliable, user-friendly IT services in classroom and office environments.

The role involves remote support where possible and in-person help where issues are physical or occur in teaching spaces.
