As a Senior Consultant in Service Management at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of the Cloud Advisory team within the Business Technology unit. Your role will involve leading the design and delivery of enhanced service management capabilities, processes, and operating models that align with ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. You will guide clients through the evolution of their service frameworks, focusing on governance, skills, culture, tooling, and organizational structure.

Your responsibilities will include defining actionable roadmaps for transitioning from on-premise to hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalable and resilient service models. You will also champion an AI-first mindset by embedding automation into service management designs and processes to deliver measurable business value and operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will contribute to practice development and support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, and internal initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Service Management frameworks in accordance with ITIL V4, optimizing ITSM tools, and defining operational models. You should be comfortable in client-facing roles with a strong background in business case development, commercial processes, and business development. A proven ability to successfully lead advisory engagements, manage teams, and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders is essential. Experience with cloud centers of excellence, ITIL frameworks, SIAM models, and understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and Agile methodologies is also required. Experience in consulting or industry roles with a service management focus is preferred.
