Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, DV Cleared Service Transition Manager to lead the migration of services from an existing supplier to a new service model. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the end-to-end service transition process for a large, multi-sited customer.

This role requires a full-time, on-site presence in the Farnborough area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transition of services from the incumbent supplier to the new operating model.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive service transition plan.
• Coordinate all parties involved in the transition, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work alongside an Operational Readiness Lead to ensure the business is prepared for the new services.

Skills and Experience

• Mandatory: Must hold current and valid DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
• Demonstrable Experience as a Service Transition Manager on large-scale IT service transition projects.
• Deep understanding of ITIL principles and service transition methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week, in the Farnborough area is essential.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex dependencies.
