Pomerleau is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to ensure stability, security, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, security controls, and scalable platform health across DevOps and IT environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage integrations and MID Servers, and drive improvements to incident response and platform performance within an Agile setting. Preference given to CSA or CIS-ITSM assets.
