ServiceNow AIOps Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead end-to-end solution design for AIOps and enterprise service operations. Apply expertise in IT Operations Management, CMDB, Service Mapping, and integrations. Translate operational requirements into scalable designs, data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications. Provide governance throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AIOps solution architecture
• Design event ingestion, correlation, prioritization, and anomaly detection
• Architect monitoring, observability, cloud, and infrastructure integrations
• Define CMDB and service topology dependencies
• Design automated incident and remediation workflows

Requirements:

• Hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience with AIOps expertise
• Knowledge of Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Health Log Analytics
• Experience with CMDB, Common Service Data Model, and Configuration Items
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
• Strong architectural decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities
