• Candidates interested in this post are required to conduct troubleshooting to identify the cause of technical issues and respond to and resolve incidents and requests submitted while working at this post.

Job requirement

• Candidates must have completed post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant application development working at this post.
• They must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing, configuring, enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITMand , ITAM to be considered as an asset for this post.
• Applicants Interested in this post must have prior experience with integrating ServiceNow with other platforms, such as SCCM and Intune.
• They must have to be a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Application Developer to be considered as an asset for this post.

Work setting

• Applicants must have proven experience in ServiceNow workflows with the ability to design, build and deploy Service Request workflows and Service Catalog items to be eligible for this post.
