Overview
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, shaping customer platforms and improving business processes. You’ll work within a collaborative, skilled team to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and ensure architecture consistency across modules. You’ll lead technical direction, mentor development teams, and stay abreast of new ServiceNow capabilities to drive ongoing innovation. This role offers UK-wide hybrid work, exposure to large-scale digital transformation, and opportunities to influence platform strategy within a global technology and consulting environment.

- Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable designs
- Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Ensure architectural consistency and best practices across ServiceNow platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities to enable innovation
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and development
- Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications desirable; equivalent practical experience considered
