ServiceNow Architect
to lead solution design, architecture governance, and platform best practice across multiple workstreams. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations within complex environments. Key Requirements Significant experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer with proven hands-on ServiceNow experience Experience delivering multiple ServiceNow modules including
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM . Strong expertise across: ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side) Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Portal / Employee Center Automated Test Framework (ATF) CMDB architecture Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using
REST, SOAP and MID Servers . Proven track record delivering end-to-end implementations from design through to deployment. Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, including ACLs, roles and domain separation. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating within complex, regulated organisations.
