ServiceNow Platform Architect Contract | UK Remote Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect Number of Positions: 2 Location: UK Remote Contract Duration: 6 months, extendable UK Citizenship: Mandatory Requirement Type: Replacement / Immediate Requirement Role Overview We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement with our client , supporting an end-client project. This is a replacement requirement , so candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments. Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements. Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions. Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods. Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards. Review solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle. Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect / Technical Architect within enterprise environments. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem . Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design. Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules/workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities . Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security . Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practices . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ServiceNow architecture/technical certifications would be highly desirable. Mandatory UK Citizenship is required for this engagement.
