Role Overview

We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement with our client , supporting an end-client project.

This is a replacement requirement , so candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions.
• Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods.
• Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards.
• Review solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect / Technical Architect within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem .
• Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design.
• Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules/workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities .
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security .
• Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practices .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow architecture/technical certifications would be highly desirable.

Mandatory

UK Citizenship is required for this engagement.
