• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.


• 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.

• Deep expertise in:

  • Integration Hub
  
  
  • Service Portal / Employee Center
  
  
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  
  
  • CMDB architecture
  
  
  
  


• Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including:
  
  
  
  • REST
  
  
  • SOAP
  
  
  • MID Server
  
  
  
  


• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations , from design through deployment.


• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including:
  
  
  
  • ACLs
  
  
  • Roles
  
  
  • Domain separation
  
  
  
  


• Experience working in Agile environments .


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments .

Desirable Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries .


• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .

• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives .
