Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Administrator on contract for one of our banking clients in Toronto.

Client: Bank

Location: Toronto, 2 days a week onsite

Duration: 6 months

Role Summary

The ServiceNow Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical ServiceNow teams , gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enable effective ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on process improvement, platform adoption, and value realization , not platform development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and support acceptance criteria and testing efforts.
  • Support process improvement, platform adoption, and value realization within the ServiceNow implementation.

Must Have skills / experience

  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Business Analyst with Enterprise clients in ServiceNow Modules
  • 5 yrs experience in Agile methodology
  • 5 yrs experience in Jira, Confluence and Scrum
  • Strong experience with documentation and creating user stories

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow/ Asset Management / CMDB
  • Prior experience working with Banking Sector
