Hiring: SACM Consultant | London, UK

We are looking for an experienced SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) Consultant for a leading financial institution.

Location: London, UK – Hybrid

Engagement: FTE / 6-Month Contract

Key Skills Required:

  • Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM)
  • ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM
  • CMDB governance, health & data quality
  • Configuration Items (CIs), attributes & relationships
  • ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
  • SACM lifecycle management
  • Configuration audits, compliance & CI attestation
  • CMDB data remediation and governance
  • Service mapping across applications, infrastructure & business services
  • Automation, integrations & configuration data management
  • Strong ITIL / ITSM background

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, SACM governance, Discovery and Service Mapping .
