ServiceNow CMDB Technical Analyst

ServiceNow CMDB administration and data quality define this Technical Analyst role, working hybrid onsite one to two days weekly in Toronto or Scarborough.

The client seeks an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Technical Specialist to administer, maintain, optimize, and operate its Configuration Management Database. You will manage configuration items, relationships, attributes, tables, fields, and reconciliation processes. The work includes troubleshooting discrepancies, supporting integrations, and maintaining reliable information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow CMDB
• Manage configuration items, relationships, attributes, and records
• Investigate, validate, and troubleshoot CMDB data
• Reconcile duplicate, incomplete, conflicting, or inaccurate records
• Support data integrations, mapping, transformation, and remediation

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of relevant technical experience
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration and CMDB management experience
• Understanding of CMDB architecture, tables, fields, and relationships
• Experience with validation, reconciliation, data quality, and remediation
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
