Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a fulltime role with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Canada. This is a Remote role.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate must hold key ServiceNow certifications and possess hands‑on expertise in platform customization, integration, and operational support.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Preferred but highly beneficial)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, module development, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot platform issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Implement module enhancements, onboarding activities, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of integrations , API development, and module‑level customization.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative Agile environment.
