DVF are currently supporting a leading law firm looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their technology team and play a key role in developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CMDB.
  • Build workflows, automations, applications and integrations.
  • Work with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
  • Support platform upgrades, migrations, testing and governance.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
