Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements


• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions


• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub


• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system administration tasks


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD


• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience


• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or similar


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred


• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices


• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
