A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will join the IT team and develop the firm's ServiceNow platform.

  • Configure and improve modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CMDB
  • Build automations, custom apps and workflows
  • Build integrations with other systems
  • Help keep the platform stable and well governed

What you will need

  • Hands on ServiceNow development experience
  • JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS and JSON
  • Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs
  • Update sets and instance migration, plus an understanding of ITIL
  • CSA or CAD certification, and law firm experience, would help
