ServiceNow Developer ITSM HRSD

Build ServiceNow solutions remotely for Lightspeed Commerce using JavaScript, ITSM, HRSD, and enterprise integrations across Canada.

This hands-on ServiceNow Developer owns configuration, development, and support across development, staging, and production instances. You will create platform applications, improve ITSM and HRSD workflows, and extend capabilities through custom development. The work includes stakeholder partnership, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop applications, catalog items, workflows, and platform components
• Build and troubleshoot REST, SOAP, OAuth, and webhook integrations
• Optimize scripts, flows, platform health, and performance
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and HR workflows
• Manage access controls, upgrades, releases, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax skills
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Catalog
• Understanding of ITSM processes and scalable technical solutions
• Complex troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities
