Build complex ServiceNow solutions at Brookfield Place in Toronto using JavaScript, integrations, and platform configuration. This full-time contract runs November 2026 through June 2027.

Brookfield seeks a Contract ServiceNow Developer with at least five years of hands-on experience. You will design workflows, custom applications, integrations, and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The work supports scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules
  • Configure business rules, client scripts, flows, and workflows
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
  • Gather requirements and prepare technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot incidents and support platform enhancements

Requirements:

  • At least five years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Knowledge of platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, Catalog, and Workflow
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting environments
  • Proficiency with Integration Hub and data transformation
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
