Overview

Join Leidos as a ServiceNow Engineer supporting the Air Force Cloud One ACSS program. You will help modernize enterprise cloud services, improve mission resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness. You’ll work in a hybrid setup near Hanscom AFB, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions at scale. This role offers impact on critical DoD cloud environments and continuous improvement in ITSM, CSM, and security workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Catalog Development: build and optimize Service Catalog items, record producers, and complex order guides using Flow Designer
  • Core Configuration: implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Data Policies
  • CSM Playbooks: design and update PAD workflows and customer-facing Playbooks
  • Workspace Configuration: customize Configurable Workspaces for ITSM agents and CSM reps
  • Access & Security: manage user roles, group memberships, and ACLs
  • Platform Maintenance: update forms, views, fields, and notification templates
  • Reporting & Dashboards: create and distribute standard reports, dashboards, and automated tracking
  • Testing & Quality: perform unit testing in lower environments and participate in peer code reviews
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience OR Master's degree and 2+ years of experience
  • Secret clearance
  • US citizenship
  • CompTIA Security+ (IAT-2) or equivalent
  • ServiceNow implementation experience
  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
