ServiceNow Integration Developer

Design ServiceNow integrations with REST, SOAP, OAuth, and Workato while supporting Lightspeed’s technical platform delivery. Troubleshoot connected systems and build maintainable enterprise solutions.

This ServiceNow Developer works across ITSM and HRSD, extending the platform through custom development and third-party integrations. You will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and move work through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. The position also supports platform upgrades and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, webhooks, and Integration Hub
• Develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Resolve platform incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Gather requirements and prioritize enhancement backlogs
• Test upgrades and remediate breaking changes

Requirements:

• ServiceNow development and administration experience across ITSM or HRSD
• Strong JavaScript skills using ServiceNow scripting APIs
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and troubleshooting connected systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities
