ServiceNow Integration Engineer – London / Manchester

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems within regulated environments.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Integration experience
  • ServiceNow Integration Hub & MID Server
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • OAuth, SAML & JWT
  • JSON/XML
  • Data mapping & transformation
  • Event-driven and real-time integrations
  • Experience integrating IAM, HR, Finance, Cloud, Security & Monitoring platforms
  • Strong understanding of secure data exchange and GDPR
  • Experience supporting migrations and troubleshooting complex integration issues

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Experience working with regulated European organisations
