ServiceNow Integration Technical Consultant

Design scalable ServiceNow solutions remotely across Canada, using JavaScript and integration technologies to improve workflows and user experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will translate business and system requirements into effective platform designs. You will develop, test, implement, maintain, and support applications, modules, and custom-scoped solutions. The work includes technical documentation, corrective actions, issue resolution, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, dependencies, and business needs
• Design and support ServiceNow applications and modules
• Build integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
• Review specifications, workflows, tests, and documentation
• Resolve complex issues and coordinate project activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ relevant experience
• Hands-on JavaScript development on ServiceNow
• Integration experience with LDAP, Active Directory, or JDBC
• Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills
