ServiceNow JavaScript Solutions Consultant

Use hands-on JavaScript development to create custom-scoped ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities in a remote Canada position with Cognizant.

This Senior Technical Consultant role focuses on translating business and system requirements into effective technical designs. You will work across business stakeholders, project leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable workflows, integrations and user experiences. The position includes application development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs
• Develop custom-scoped applications and platform modules
• Test, implement, maintain and support solutions
• Enhance REST, LDAP and IntegrationHub integrations
• Review documentation and complete corrective actions

Requirements:

• JavaScript development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Three to five years’ relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience with Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework
• Experience with Configurable Workspace or Now Experience Framework
• Ability to collaborate and deliver quality work on schedule
