ServiceNow Lead

We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead who can start in the next few weeks. You will lead the design and delivery of an Intelligent Field & Autonomous Service Operations programme. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and Field Service Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex event-driven automation and field operations solutions.

Experience required:

• 10+ years of Service Management and Enterprise Platform experience.
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect.
• Proven delivery experience in:
  • ServiceNow ITOM
  • Event Management
  • Event-to-Incident Automation
  • ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)
  • Dynamic Scheduling
  • ITSM Processes

The role is for 6 months initially inside IR35 and requires two days in Central London each week.
