ServiceNow Lead Architect – ITOM/ITSM & Field Service

LA International seeks a ServiceNow Lead to design and deliver an Intelligent Field & Autonomous Service Operations programme, with deep expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and FSM, and a track record of complex event-driven automation.
