As a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect at EDF, you lead architectural direction for a critical enterprise platform, enabling secure, scalable digital services. Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the architectural vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead solution design translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices
  • Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and influence key technology decisions
Key requirements
  • Experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Proficiency across ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, IRM)
  • Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and service data management
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations via REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers
  • Platform security, governance, risk management and architectural governance
  • Agile, product-centric and DevOps delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Security Clearance (SC) with British residency in last five years (as required)
