As ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect at EDF, you will steer architectural direction for a critical enterprise platform and enable secure, scalable digital services. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, future-ready solutions. This role offers hybrid working and a strong focus on governance, security, and platform-driven value. You’ll contribute to EDF’s journey toward An Electric Britain by shaping platform roadmaps and driving technology transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the architectural vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead solution design activities translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices
  • Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring colleagues and influencing key technology decisions
Key requirements
  • Architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments
  • Experience across ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM
  • Platform architecture, security, governance and development best practices
  • Developing platform roadmaps and governance frameworks
  • CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and service data management
  • Enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers
  • Platform security, compliance, risk management, and governance
  • Agile, product-centric and DevOps delivery models
  • Stakeholder management across business and technical functions
  • Strong communication of complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Security Clearance (SC) requirement with likely British residency in last 5 years
