ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of enterprise ServiceNow platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned to business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect , Lead Consultant, or Senior Technical Architect.
• Deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, configurations, scripting, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as:

• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• CMDB
• Service Portal / Employee Center
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and platform automation .
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and engage with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
