ServiceNow Platform Design Lead

SSE plc is seeking a Service Design Lead for ITSM Platforms to provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow estate. You will define design standards, governance, and guardrails, working with product owners and delivery partners to ensure scalable, first‑principle solutions with minimal customisation.

You will lead design assurance reviews, drive platform health and upgrade readiness, and champion an out‑of‑the‑box approach across major changes and implementations.
