ServiceNow Release Management Consultant

Lead ServiceNow release management in a hybrid Toronto assignment, using DPRM, ITSM expertise, and enterprise integration capabilities. Deliver scalable solutions across complex environments.

This consultant role requires extensive Release Management experience and hands-on ServiceNow delivery. You will design, configure, customize, and support DPRM capabilities while translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions. The work spans governance, integrations, testing, documentation, and operational support for enterprise service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow DPRM design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, scripts, dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Integrate DPRM with Change Management, CMDB, SPM, and DevOps tools
• Establish release planning, calendars, risk, dependency, and deployment governance
• Deliver training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years delivering ITSM solutions in complex enterprises
• Minimum five years configuring, customizing, and administering ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
• Experience with ITIL, SDLC, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills
