Overview
As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions across client projects. You will translate business needs into technical architecture, guiding design through to implementation while upholding risk and quality standards. You’ll mentor junior architects and offshore teams, demonstrate compelling ServiceNow solutions, and support presales and roadmap development. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing within the firm.
Responsibilities- Lead technical delivery of a portfolio of ServiceNow projects
- Define architectural and design-level technical solutions
- Provide senior technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and offshore teams
- Deliver solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform
- Assist development teams in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously grow knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications and training
- Support the ServiceNow presales lifecycle
- Contribute to the ServiceNow-based product roadmap
- Share knowledge across the wider KPMG community
- 8+ years of experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery
- Proven track record delivering ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites
- Experience with agile and traditional software and project methodologies
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4)
