Develop ServiceNow SPM solutions in Montreal using JavaScript and Flow Designer while supporting project and portfolio management needs. This contract role requires French-language communication.

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer, you will configure platform solutions for business requirements and clearer performance insight. The work includes workflows, Business Rules, integrations, dashboards, testing, and documentation. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure Strategic Portfolio Management solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop workflows, forms, Business Rules, and permissions
  • Connect ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP
  • Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years developing and configuring ServiceNow
  • Practical experience delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions
  • Strong JavaScript, Script Includes, and Flow Designer skills
  • Knowledge of project, portfolio, and risk management processes
  • French-speaking communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
