This ServiceNow Systems Administrator role requires five-plus years of experience and CSA certification. You will design solutions under established IT Service Management standards, support integrations and application development, and promote best practices. The work includes collaboration with clients, project managers, systems management teams, and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT Service Management solutions
• Support incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• Deploy code across 15 ServiceNow instances

Requirements:

• Five-plus years administering ServiceNow systems
• Current CSA certification is required
• Strong ServiceNow experience and development experience
• Post-secondary education at any level
• Integration experience preferred; banking experience and ITIL 4 welcome
