ServiceNow Technical Architect

In this role you will design, build and deliver modern ServiceNow solutions for large-scale transformation programmes. You will work on cutting-edge platform implementations and drive scalable architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll shape delivery pipelines, oversee integrations and ensure quality through adherence to standards. This is a chance to influence platform governance and continuous improvement while applying JavaScript-based development across multiple modules in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Develop custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs
• Design scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices
• Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes
• Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions
• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Contribute to platform performance, governance and continuous improvement

• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (3+ end-to-end projects)
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript)
• Exposure to modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems
• Understanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments
