Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions remotely in Canada, using JavaScript and integration technologies to improve workflows and user experiences.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, test, implement, maintain and support ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project leaders and technical teams while creating platform capabilities, workflows, integrations and documentation. The work includes custom-scoped solutions and complex technical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements, dependencies and business needs
  • Design and support ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Build integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Create specifications, workflows, test results and documentation
  • Resolve technical issues and coordinate project activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ experience
  • Hands-on JavaScript development on ServiceNow
  • Experience with REST, LDAP, Active Directory or JDBC
  • Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder
  • Strong consulting, communication and problem-solving skills
