About the Role

As a Technical Consultant, Business Process Consultant, Developer, or Architect, you will lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand security, risk, compliance, and operational requirements. You will develop solution architectures and technical proposals across:

• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Threat Intelligence
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC
• Third‑Party Risk
• Operational Resilience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies – inclusive of integrations
• 7+ years of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) configuration/development experience
• 7+ years of ServiceNow SecOps configuration/development experience

Required certifications

• CIS - Risk and Compliance (RC)
• CIS - Vulnerability Response (VR)
• CIS - Security Incident Response (SIR)

Nice to have

• CSA
• CAD
