Role Overview

Client is seeking a ServiceNow WSD Developer for an initial contract engagement supporting ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands‑on ServiceNow WSD expertise and contribute to the technical delivery of the WSD solution. Detailed implementation scope, experience thresholds, integrations, certifications, and supporting technologies remain unconfirmed.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow WSD solutions based on confirmed project requirements.
• Configure and implement WSD functionality within the assigned engagement.
• Work with the Lead Architect to implement the agreed solution design.
• Participate in technical problem-solving throughout delivery.
• Test and validate assigned WSD development work.
• Identify technical issues and communicate them to the appropriate project stakeholders.
• Support delivery of the ServiceNow WSD solution throughout the engagement.
