Settlement Operations Analyst

Process daily transactions accurately as a Settlement Analyst using ADP systems, reconciliation skills, and strong communication. Work full time in Bedford during North American business hours.

This Settlement Analyst position supports timely transaction settlement across capital markets operations. You will work with internal clients, coworkers, business lines, branches, and counterparty operations teams. The work includes equities knowledge, customer service, problem solving, and high-volume trade processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Settle or process assigned daily transactions accurately
• Reconcile account differences and articulate issues clearly
• Interface with operations teams to rectify discrepancies
• Escalate potential risks and issues to management
• Follow firm policies and procedures strictly

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Zero to one year of relevant experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of BPS, ADP, CITI Velocity, or DTC
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
