SFRC Platform - Senior Delivery Lead

As Senior Delivery Lead for the SFRC platform in Global Markets Technology, you drive BAU delivery, platform stability, and evolving architecture to support regulatory risk use cases. You operate with MD-level accountability in a Director mandate, coordinating cross-functional teams to balance production reliability with strategic evolution. You’ll influence incidents, governance, and stakeholder reporting while applying agile delivery practices and DevOps to scale impact. • Own end-to-end BAU delivery and platform stability across technology, data, and quantitative components
• Ensure resilience, performance, and operational integrity for all regulatory use cases on SFRC
• Prioritize and implement platform enhancements while balancing BAU and evolution
• Maintain deep understanding of SFRC and Quartz architectures to guide design decisions
• Oversee delivery across Technology, Quants, Data, Risk, Market Data teams, managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation for platform reliability
• Maintain governance and control to meet regulatory, audit, and internal risk requirements
• Represent Technology in audits and regulatory interactions with control functions
• Own platform financials including resource allocation and cost discipline
• Provide concise updates to senior stakeholders to enable decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery discipline and clear requirements
• Promote efficient delivery practices (automation, DevOps, AI-enabled productivity)
• Coordinate across concurrent platforms to avoid conflict with BAU and maintain stability
• Adhere to SFRC programme management standards and provide timely updates to the SFRC Programme Lead

• Experience delivering and operating complex trading and market risk technology platforms
• Experience guiding large-scale BAU environments with ongoing change
• Ability to operate at senior leadership levels with minimal oversight
• Strong stakeholder management across Front Office, Risk, Technology, and Finance
• Combine strategic thinking with practical execution
• Deep experience with Quants, Market Risk, Model Validation, regulatory stakeholders
• Robust technical grounding to understand detailed architectures, data flows, and integrations
• Experience across full SDLC with engineering and delivery teams
• Expertise in Agile and scaled delivery models
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps, release management, and environment coordination
• Experience monitoring production platforms including incident, release, and change management
• Data and analytics awareness when engaging with data, quant, and risk systems
• Proficiency in Python for engagement with engineering teams
• Understanding of risk, regulatory, and control frameworks in financial systems
